I have spent the last thirty eight years in education. I graduated with a BA in Biology in 1980 from New Jersey City University. I have a masters in Administration and Supervision from Saint Peters University.
I have been teaching Biology for eleven years at Weehawken High School and prior to that I taught Biology at Saint Aloysius High School in Jersey City. I was the Vice Principal of Saint Aloysius High school for one year before it was closed.
My goals as the Biology teacher was to give my students an understanding of the natural world and to provide opportunities to learn and develop logical thinking habits and independent learning skills.
My goals as a Supervisor of Secondary Education is to work together with the Administrative team to provide guidance and communication to our faculty, be a problem solver and a motivator and to do whatever I can to make Weehawken High school achieve our goals as a future ready school.
